These Terms & Conditions govern the use of jqwerks.com and purchases from JQ Werks LLC ("JQ Werks," "we," "us," or "our"). Please review these Terms before placing an order.
ORDERS & PURCHASES
Order information. You are responsible for providing accurate contact, billing, shipping, and vehicle information when placing an order. If you are unsure which product or configuration to select, please contact us before purchasing.
Pricing and listing errors. We aim to keep product descriptions, prices, and availability accurate. If a listing contains a pricing, description, or other material error, we may correct the information or cancel an affected order where permitted by applicable law. If we cancel an order for this reason, we will notify you and promptly refund the full amount charged for the canceled order to the original payment method.
Shipping, cancellations, and returns. Order processing, delivery, order changes, cancellations, standard returns, and refunds are addressed in our Shipping & Returns Policy. Please review that policy before placing your order.
PRODUCT FITMENT & INSTALLATION
Vehicle compatibility. Vehicles of the same model and year may have different steering wheels, components, or factory configurations. Differences can result from production changes, chassis variations, or different original equipment suppliers. Please check the applicable product information and your vehicle's configuration before ordering. Contact us if you need help confirming compatibility.
Installation and maintenance. Products must be installed and maintained by qualified professionals with the appropriate knowledge and equipment. Follow the installation, use, and maintenance instructions supplied or published for the product. If any instructions are missing or unclear, contact us before installation or use. You are responsible for arranging proper installation and routine maintenance.
Intended use and safety. Products expressly identified as being for off-road or racing use only are intended for those purposes. Do not assume that such products are approved for use on public roads. Vehicle modification and motorsport involve risks, and our products are not represented as eliminating the risk of injury. Do not continue using a product that appears damaged or is not functioning properly.
Local requirements and international access. You are responsible for checking the laws and requirements that apply to the import, installation, and use of a product in your location. Access to our website from another country does not mean that every product is available or approved for use there.
LIMITED WARRANTY & PRODUCT SUPPORT
Magnetic paddle shifters. JQ Werks magnetic paddle shifters carry a limited lifetime manufacturer's warranty covering defects in their mechanical mechanisms only. Circuit boards, cosmetic blemishes, and normal wear and tear are excluded from this mechanical warranty. This limited lifetime coverage does not automatically extend to other products or components.
Coverage and product use. Damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, modifications, or failure to follow applicable instructions is not covered by this mechanical defect warranty, to the extent permitted by law. Any other express warranty provided for a product remains subject to its stated terms. Nothing in this section excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Requesting support. Contact support@jqwerks.com with your original order number, invoice or other proof of purchase, and a description of the issue. We may request relevant photos, videos, or other reasonably necessary diagnostic information to assess the claim. Please obtain written return instructions from us before sending any product back.
Warranty claims and standard returns. Warranty claims are assessed separately from standard returns. Opening or installing a product may affect eligibility for a standard return, but does not by itself eliminate coverage under an applicable warranty. The standard return window and restocking fee do not apply to approved warranty claims. Contact us if you have questions about the warranty applicable to a specific product.
WEBSITE USE & PRIVACY
Website availability. We aim to provide accurate and useful website content, but cannot guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, available, or free from errors. This statement does not limit any express product warranty or rights provided by applicable law.
Copyright and trademarks. Website content, including text, photographs, graphics, and logos, is owned by JQ Werks LLC or its respective rights holders. You may view, save, or print pages for personal, non-commercial use. Other reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use requires permission from the relevant rights holder, except where otherwise permitted by law. Third-party names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
Third-party links. Our website may link to websites or services operated by third parties. We do not control their content, availability, or practices. Please review the terms and privacy policies of those websites before using their services or providing personal information.

LIABILITY & DISPUTES
Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by applicable law, JQ Werks LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or our products, including loss of profits or business interruption.
These limitations do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, reduce our obligations under an express warranty, or limit rights and remedies that cannot be waived under applicable consumer protection or product liability laws.
Resolving concerns. If you have a concern about an order, product, or your experience with JQ Werks, please contact support@jqwerks.com so we can try to resolve it. Contacting customer support is not a prerequisite to exercising any rights or remedies available under applicable law.
UPDATES & CONTACT
Changes to these Terms. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page and updating the date above. Revised Terms apply to subsequent website use and orders from their effective date. An update will not retroactively reduce rights relating to an order already placed.
Remaining provisions. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce it on another occasion.
