Please inspect items immediately when received, and MUST contact us WITHIN 24 hours if there is any issue or damage.

Shipping Address: We are only able to ship orders to your billing address. However, we do offer exceptions for special circumstances. To request an exception, you must provide a copy of your driver's license and a signed written consent authorizing us to ship to an address different from your billing address.

Processed Time: In stock orders are processed within 48 to 96 hours, unless otherwise noted. We will get your order packaged and shipped as fast as we can. Please allow sufficient time to securely pack your order, so it can arrive safely at your door.

Shipping Method: All orders will be shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx, unless otherwise specified. Once we have processed your order, you will receive a tracking email to keep you informed of the shipment's progress.

Tracking Information: After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number for your reference.

Tracking Update Timeframe: Please note that tracking numbers may take a day or so to update, even if you have received a notification that your item has shipped. Kindly check your tracking link after a short while, and you should have updated information on the whereabouts of your order.

International shipping (including Hawaii, Guam, Alaska, and Puerto Rico):

International customers are responsible for all import duties and taxes (if applicable).

Cancellation and Order Change Policy:

If you wish to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us promptly. We will do our best to accommodate your request as long as the order has not been shipped.

Once your cancellation is confirmed, you will receive a credit or refund for the order amount, minus the applicable cancellation fees, within 7 business days.

Returns Policy:

All returns must be authorized by JQ Werks. We reserve the right to decline returns for any reason. Before returning any merchandise, the buyer must obtain an order number, provide the original purchase invoice, and include the order confirmation. All return inquiries must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please note that ALL RETURNS are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which covers the cost of our order processing and restocking process. Please contact us for further details.

To be eligible for a refund, the returned merchandise must be in brand new condition, in its original, unopened, and undamaged packaging, ready for immediate resale or in the same condition in which it was shipped. Credit will not be issued for any product that has been opened, installed, used, or altered in any way.

Please be aware that shipping, handling, and transaction fees are non-refundable. Additionally, no returns, cancellations, or refunds are allowed on special order or custom-made items.

Once the returned items have been received, inspected, and approved, a refund will be issued. Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days.

If the buyer received free shipping but returned an item, they will no longer qualify for the 

free shipping benefit. The buyer will be responsible for paying the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost.

Fraudulent chargebacks are treated with utmost seriousness by our company. We implement strict measures to combat such activities, and we are prepared to take legal action against anyone found to be engaged in fraudulent chargebacks.

Lost and Stolen Packages:

JQ Werks LLC. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on our Tracking Page. Wrong address disclaimer:

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
