Product Overview:
The JQ Werks Madtrace® Gen2 Functional Transfer Unit Module is a compact and versatile relay control module designed for low-current control and signal switching applications. Equipped with 4 independent relay channels, including 1 latching channel and 3 standard channels, the unit provides flexible control options for customized vehicle functions and accessories.
Each channel features COM (Common), NO (Normally Open), and NC (Normally Closed) terminals, allowing the output configuration to be selected according to the application. The standard channels operate only while the corresponding control input is active, while the latching channel can maintain its state after the input is released and remain latched even after the vehicle is powered off. Independent status indicators provide a clear visual reference of each channel's operating state.

The relay contacts are rated for a maximum of 125 VAC / 0.3 A or 60 VDC / 0.6 A.
This product is designed exclusively for low-current control and signal switching applications. Do not connect high-current loads, high-power accessories, or other devices that exceed the relay contact ratings directly to the Functional Transfer Unit. This includes, but is not limited to, high-power lighting, motors, pumps, fans, or other high-current electrical equipment.
For applications requiring control of higher-power loads, an external power relay, contactor, or other suitable power switching device must be used between the Functional Transfer Unit and the load. Before installation, verify that the operating voltage and current of the controlled device are within the relay's rated specifications.
For applications requiring a channel to remain active for an extended period, the latching channel is recommended. Always disconnect the relevant power supply before wiring or modifying any connections.
